About Us I've always been impressed by innovation, a Can-Do attitude, and projects that others say can't be done. Hoover dam is an example (that's me standing on top of this magnificent structure.
Our initial focus is on serving smaller communities of 25,000 or under with an emphasis on providing specific assistance to the Mayor.
Management, at or near the top, is a scary place to be. I know. I've been there. I compare the office of the Mayor to be very similar to assuming a management position in a distant city. Generally, no one knows or wants you with the exception of the ones who chose to put you there (in the case of a Mayor, the voters).
Most of us don't readily accept change so there is sometimes a lot of animosity, suspicion, and resistance to "the new leader"
The difference in business and government is that in business, a senior executive may have upper level management on his or her side, or in the case of a CEO, a board of directors. Not so in government. As a Mayor, you are pretty much out there by yourself! That's why I think our services may be of interest to you.
Think of us as minimally paid board of directors. I am the chairman. There are others who have contributing skills specifically selected to help you improve your goals in administration, budget management, and community action. Our job is to provide you with fresh ideas and programs to help you accomplish your objectives through a council and community leaders committed to making your city the best it can be.
The Community Alliance Project is the outgrowth of conceptual ideas, technology, and the recognition of the need for cooperation between citizens, government, and technology providers. That's what our program is all about - people working together for better communities!
This web page is specifically for YOU! If you don't see what you need, give us a call at 800.489.2611 or send us an email to Coordinator@CommunityAlliance.info. Thanks for visiting with us. We look forward to serving you.

At your service!
And they copied, and copied, but they couldn't copy my mind,
so I left them sweating and stealing, a year and a half behind!
